About Missouri Fishing Intel
What is Missouri Fishing Intel?
Missouri Fishing Intel is a statewide fishing information platform built to help anglers make better decisions before they ever launch the boat.
We bring together current fishing reports from experienced guides and contributors, lake-specific information, fishing maps, tournament information, videos, seasonal content, Personalized Fishing Plans, and other tools designed specifically for Missouri anglers.
Which lakes does Missouri Fishing Intel cover?
Our primary coverage includes Truman Lake, Lake of the Ozarks, Stockton Lake, Pomme de Terre Lake, Table Rock Lake, and other Missouri waters as reports and information become available.
Missouri Fishing Intel is designed to grow beyond a fixed list of lakes. When our contributors submit useful fishing information from other Missouri lakes, rivers, conservation areas, or public waters, those reports can also be published on the platform.
Who provides the fishing reports?
Reports come from Missouri fishing guides, tournament anglers, experienced contributors, and other trusted sources within our fishing network.
Each report is designed to provide useful, on-the-water information such as location, depth, structure, presentation, bait, conditions, species, and fishing patterns whenever that information is available.
Memberships
What membership options are available?
Missouri Fishing Intel currently offers three primary paid fishing memberships:
Truman Pro+ Designed for anglers primarily interested in Truman Lake.
Pro+ All Lakes Provides Pro+ access to fishing reports and included content across all Missouri waters covered by Missouri Fishing Intel.
Elite All Lakes Our highest fishing membership level, including statewide access plus additional Elite-level benefits and Personalized Fishing Plan allowances.
Customers can compare current membership options and pricing on the Join page.
What does “All Lakes” mean?
All Lakes means exactly that.
If Missouri Fishing Intel publishes a fishing report from a Missouri lake, river, conservation area, pond, or other waterbody, an eligible All Lakes membership is not limited to a predetermined list of lakes.
Pro+ All Lakes members can access Pro+ reports from any covered waterbody.
Elite All Lakes members can access both Pro+ and Elite-level content included with their membership.
Do I need to create a free account before buying a paid membership?
No.
Customers can choose a paid fishing membership and complete secure checkout first.
After payment, Missouri Fishing Intel guides them through setting up their account so they can access their membership.
If they already have a Missouri Fishing Intel account, the purchase can be connected to the existing account.
Is there a free account?
Yes.
A free Missouri Fishing Intel account gives users access to selected free content, public information, previews, and other features available to registered users.
A free account does not need to be created before purchasing a paid fishing membership.
Should I choose Truman Pro+ or Pro+ All Lakes?
Choose Truman Pro+ if Truman Lake is your primary focus and you only need paid fishing-report access for Truman.
Choose Pro+ All Lakes if you fish multiple Missouri waters or want access to Pro+ fishing reports wherever Missouri Fishing Intel contributors are reporting.
What is the difference between Pro+ All Lakes and Elite All Lakes?
Both provide statewide fishing-report access.
Elite All Lakes is the higher membership level and includes additional Elite benefits and a larger Personalized Fishing Plan allowance.
The Join page is the source of truth for current benefits and pricing.
Fishing Reports
How often are new fishing reports added?
Missouri Fishing Intel typically publishes 35–45 fishing reports per month at a minimum, and often more.
Report frequency varies by lake, season, species, weather, fishing activity, and contributor availability. During active fishing periods, new reports may be added frequently across multiple Missouri waters.
How current are the fishing reports?
Every fishing report displays the date associated with the fishing trip or report.
Members are encouraged to look at the newest reports first, but older reports can also be valuable for understanding seasonal patterns, techniques, locations, and how fish behaved under similar conditions.
What information is included in a fishing report?
The information varies depending on what the contributor observed, but reports may include:
- Species
- Lake or waterbody
- General fishing area
- Depth
- Structure and cover
- Baits and colors
- Presentation
- Water temperature
- Water clarity
- Weather and wind
- Lake conditions
- Fish activity
- Catch information
- Photos
- Additional observations from the contributor
Not every report will contain every type of information.
Are fishing reports guaranteed to put me on fish?
No.
Fishing conditions can change quickly because of weather, water level, current, temperature, fishing pressure, bait movement, seasonal transitions, and many other factors.
Missouri Fishing Intel gives anglers better information to help make decisions, but no fishing report can guarantee fishing success.
Can I view reports from a lake that isn't one of the main lakes listed on the website?
Yes, if a report has been published for that waterbody and the member's membership level includes it.
For example, Pro+ All Lakes members can access qualifying Pro+ reports from additional lakes, rivers, conservation areas, and other Missouri waters even if they are not one of the platform's primary featured lakes.
Personalized Fishing Plans
What is a Personalized Fishing Plan?
A Personalized Fishing Plan takes Missouri Fishing Intel's available fishing information and builds a fishing plan around a specific upcoming trip.
Instead of simply reading individual reports, members can provide information about when they are fishing, what species they are targeting, and other trip details to receive a more focused game plan for their day on the water.
Is a Personalized Fishing Plan the same thing as a fishing report?
No.
A fishing report tells you what a contributor experienced on a particular fishing trip.
A Personalized Fishing Plan is designed around the member's upcoming trip and helps organize relevant fishing information into a practical plan.
Which lakes currently support Personalized Fishing Plans?
Personalized Fishing Plans are being introduced lake by lake.
The current Join page and fishing-plan tool will show which waters are supported. Additional Missouri waters will be added as the platform expands.
How many Personalized Fishing Plans do I receive?
The number of included plans depends on membership level.
The member's account page displays the current Personalized Fishing Plan allowance and how many included plans remain.
Additional plans may also be available for purchase.
Does refreshing or creating another plan use another plan credit?
Yes.
Every time a member creates a new Personalized Fishing Plan or refreshes an existing plan, it uses one available plan credit.
The member's account displays the current allowance and remaining included or purchased credits.

Depending on the lake and available data, map information may include:
- Fishing-related locations
- Lake features

- Marinas
- Local businesses and services
- Lodging and other useful points of interest

Map coverage and available data will continue to expand, including broader real estate coverage across Missouri.

Can I keep track of my own fishing information?
Yes.
Missouri Fishing Intel includes personal account tools designed to help members save useful information and maintain their own fishing history.
Features may include saved content, personal fishing reports/logs, a fishing journal, and other account-based tools.
Accounts & Billing
How do I access my membership after purchasing?
If a customer purchases while logged out, they are guided through account setup after payment.
Once the account is set up, the customer uses the same email and password to log into MissouriFishingIntel.com and access the content included with the membership.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes.
Members can cancel at any time.
Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. The membership then expires instead of renewing.
It is the member's responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue their membership.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once they have been processed.
Canceling prevents the next renewal; it does not normally refund the current billing period.
The member will continue to have access through the remainder of the period already paid for.
Members are responsible for canceling before their renewal date if they do not intend to renew.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Paid recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
The billing schedule depends on whether the customer selected a monthly or annual membership.
Can I switch membership levels later?
Yes.
If you want to change memberships, contact Missouri Fishing Intel so the appropriate change can be determined based on your current membership and billing status.
What if I already have an account?
Use the existing Missouri Fishing Intel account.
If a membership is purchased using the same account or email, the system is designed to connect that membership with the existing account rather than requiring a completely separate account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot Password option on the Missouri Fishing Intel login page.
A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
My membership is active, but I can't open member content. What should I do?
First, make sure you are logged into the same Missouri Fishing Intel account associated with your membership.
If you are logged in and still cannot access content that should be included with your membership, contact support.
I'm an existing Truman Lake Fishing Intel member. What should I do?
Missouri Fishing Intel is the next evolution of the fishing platform originally built around Truman Lake Fishing Intel.
Existing paid Truman Lake Fishing Intel members may be transitioned differently than brand-new Missouri Fishing Intel customers.
If someone is a current paid Truman Lake Fishing Intel member and is unsure whether they should purchase a new Missouri Fishing Intel membership, they should contact us before creating a duplicate paid subscription.
